Islamabad: A major decision has been taken regarding the judge who sentenced founder PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the cipher case.
According to the sources, the Islamabad High Court has decided to send the special court judge Abulhasnat Zulqarnain back to his respective department.
Special Courts Inspection Judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani sent a recommendation to the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court to send back Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain.
The recommendation states that the services of Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain should be returned to the Lahore High Court.
