DC Lahore hear the petitioner and decide according to law, Lahore High Court
The Lahore High Court ordered the Deputy Commissioner to take a decision on PTI’s request for meetings.
The petition was heard in the High Court against not allowing the PTI to hold meetings in Minar Pakistan, Mochigate and Mughalpura.
Justice Shujaat Ali heard the petitions of PTI’s Nadeem Altaf and Mohammad Khan Madani. Additional Advocate General Punjab Rana Shamshad objected to the admissibility of the petitions.
The court, while sending the application for the permission of the meetings to the DC Lahore, directed that the DC Lahore should hear the petitioner and take a decision on his pending application according to the law.
The court also ordered Nadeem Altaf and Muhammad Khan Madani to appear before DC Lahore tomorrow.
