Nawaz Sharif's decision to dismiss the appeal against the approval of documents is a challenge

Lahore: The decision to dismiss the appeal against the approval of Nawaz Sharif’s nomination papers was challenged in the Lahore High Court.

The decision to dismiss the appeal against approval of the nomination papers of PML-N leader and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif from National Assembly Constituency NA-130 was challenged in the Lahore High Court.

In the petition filed by Ishtiaq Chaudhry Advocate, it has been said that the tribunal dismissed the appeal against approval of Nawaz Sharif’s documents contrary to the facts. Nawaz Sharif is ineligible for life, cannot contest elections.

The petitioner took the stand that the Supreme Court’s decision of lifetime disqualification came after the approval of Nawaz Sharif’s papers. The decision of the Supreme Court does not apply to the Nawaz Sharif case. The court ordered to reject the nomination papers of Nawaz Sharif.
