Lahore: The hearing on the petition against Imran Khan’s disqualification decision was adjourned without action.
The hearing on the petition filed against the disqualification decision of the former chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was postponed indefinitely for non-action.
Due to the busyness of Lahore High Court Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan and Justice Jawad Hassan in election cases, the cause list of founder PTI cases was cancelled. Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza, Justice Shahid Karim, Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry and Justice Jawad Hasan are in the larger bench for hearing this case.
In the case, the court has been requested to annul the decision of disqualification of the founding chairman of PTI.
