According to the Sindh Health Department, two more travelers from abroad have been diagnosed with corona virus.
In this regard, the spokesperson of the provincial health department from Karachi said that a 26-year-old passenger, a resident of Balochistan Kech, had arrived in Karachi from Abu Dhabi yesterday.
According to the spokesperson of the Sindh Health Department, the second passenger, a 27-year-old resident of Attock, had arrived in Karachi from Jeddah. Antigen tests were performed on possible symptoms in both patients which were positive.
According to the spokesman, samples were sent to Dow University for testing of the new covid variant JN1. Both passengers were sent home with quarantine instructions.
The spokesman said that after the laboratory test report comes, the type of Covid will be known. Earlier also, 4 passengers from abroad were diagnosed with Corona.
The spokesperson said that the laboratory test report is received in four to five days.
