Inter-Regional Volleyball Championship and Talent Hunt program has started in Peshawar, 8 teams are participating in the event.
Inter-Regional Volleyball Championship and Talent Hunt Program started at Peshawar Sports Complex with the support of Pakistan Army and Director General of Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The official opening of the championship was done by Brigadier Engineering XI Corps Syed Doreez Mehmood.
Championship is being played on league basis, 3 teams will be selected from Volleyball Championship.
Organizers say that the purpose of these efforts of Pakistan Army is to bring positive change in the country’s conditions and restore the splendor of the sports field.
The volleyball championship will continue for 3 days, 20 players will be selected from the championship to form 3 teams under 16, under 18 and under 21 and they will be trained by qualified coaches.
