Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to conduct Women’s Umpire and Coaching Course for the first time which will be held in January and February next year in Lahore.
Preference will be given to former cricketers in PCB’s four-day umpiring and coaching course.
Taking a positive step for the former women’s cricketers of Pakistan, PCB has decided to conduct women’s umpires and coaching course for the first time, which will be held in January-February next year in Lahore.
Women who pass the course will be included in the women’s panel of umpires for the upcoming domestic cricket season, women umpires will be responsible for region, district and club level matches.
During the first 3 days of the four-day course, women umpires will be provided with basic information about rules, regulations, and rules of the game.
Written test, fitness test and interview will be conducted on the last day of the course. Interested women can register online till 31st December.
