Karachi Kings appointed former West Indies cricketer Phil Simmons as the head coach of their team.
Phil Simmons will be seen in the Karachi Kings dugout in Pakistan Super League (PSL) 9.
The PSL franchise announced the addition of Phil Simmons to the coaching staff through a message on micro-blogging website X.
It should be noted that Phil Simmons has coached the teams of West Indies, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan and Ireland.
West Indies won the 2016 T20 World Cup under the coaching of Simmons.
Under his coaching, Ireland defeated England in the 2011 World Cup and West Indies and Zimbabwe in the 2015 World Cup.
