Lahore, the main suspects of the incident with Sikh pilgrims arrested from Karachi

Lahore: The main suspects of the incident involving Sikh pilgrims in Gulberg area were arrested from Karachi, the accused had fled to Karachi after the incident.

According to the details, a few days ago, a few days ago, the accused in a car attacked the Sikh pilgrims at Mini Market Roundabout in Gulbarg area under the guise of checking.

Taking notice of the incident, Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi ordered IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar to arrest the accused. He was taken into custody from whom information was taken.

During the investigation, it was found that the accused have the same vehicle which is Corolla Grandi but they use different number plates for it.

On the day of the incident, the accused had booked an upper floor apartment in the private society’s Rafi Block, the accused left the private society at 2:33 PM and reached Mini Market via the Ring Road through Defence, Cavalry, Hussain Chowk, where they committed an incident with the Sikh pilgrims in the name of checking, the accused kept changing the number plate several times from leaving the house to returning home, the accused reached back to their abode at 3:35 PM.

After the incident, the accused returned to the private society through Garden Town, Canal Road, EMI and Shahkam Chowk. The accused had fled from Lahore on the night of the incident.

After the investigation, when the police reached the rented house of the accused, nothing could be recovered from there. He has been arrested after tracing mobile phone numbers with the help of a sensitive agency.
