Karachi: The traffic police in Shahr Qaida is failing to enforce the rules. 3 people were killed in various traffic accidents in the early hours of Friday morning.
A 35-year-old motorcyclist died after being hit by a high-speed vehicle near the crossing river in Korangi Industrial Area. According to the police, nothing was found with the deceased to identify him. The police kept the dead body in the mortuary for identification.
A person died after being hit by a high-speed vehicle near Kemari Neti Jetty Chowrangi in Docks area. According to the police, the deceased was identified as 44-year-old Munsif Khan son of Yusuf Khan, a resident of Kemari.
A motorcyclist was killed and another injured after being hit by a high-speed vehicle on the PIDC bridge in Civil Line police station limits. The deceased was identified as 24-year-old Mudassar Ahmed son of Jahangir, while the injured was identified as 24-year-old Abrar son of Rahim Bakhsh. The deceased was a resident of Hijrat Colony. Due to the failure of the traffic police to enforce the rules in the city, the loss of precious lives in accidents has become the norm.
