Islamabad: Notification of jail trial in Toshakhana NAB investigation and 190 million pounds corruption case against Chairman PTI has been issued.
Important progress has been made in both the cases, according to which the jail trial of Chairman PTI and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been decided. In this regard, the Ministry of Law and Justice has also issued a notification.
According to the notification, the accountability court will hear these cases in Adiala Jail.
It should be noted that a day ago, the Special Official Secrets Act court had decided to conduct the trial of Chairman PTI Imran Khan in jail in the cipher case as well.

Special Court Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the cipher case at the Judicial Complex Islamabad on Tuesday, in which the jail authorities submitted a report to the court saying that the two accused, Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi, could not be produced. A letter was written to Islamabad Police for additional security, Chairman PTI has serious security concerns.
Later, after hearing the arguments of the parties, the court gave a decision that due to security concerns, the trial of Chairman PTI will be held in jail. The media will also be allowed to cover the jail trial, anyone who wishes to watch the trial will also be allowed.
