Chief Justice Amir Farooq had to hear the petition of citizen Atif Ali
In the Islamabad High Court, the case against General Bajwa and General Faiz after their retirement for breaking the legal barrier and misrepresenting various events was cancelled.
The case registered against General Qamar Javed Bajwa and General Faiz Hameed in the High Court was canceled from the case list. The plea in the registration case was scheduled for hearing on November 28. According to the High Court website, the case was canceled and removed from the list.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq had to hear the petition of citizen Atif Ali. The citizen has filed an application to register a case in FIA against General Bajwa, General Faiz Hameed and others.
The High Court has issued notices to FIA, General Retired Qamar Javed Bajwa and Faiz Hameed on the application for registration of the case.
