Lahore: In the case of the death of 6 people in a car accident in DHA, the section of murder was also added.
According to police sources, section 302 has been imposed in the case while the investigation of the incident has been handed over to DSP Kahna, the accused Afnan has gone to jail after the case was registered.
On the other hand, Afnan Shafqat Awan, the young driver involved in the death, approached the Lahore High Court. Caretaker Chief Minister, CCPO Lahore and others have been made parties in the petition.
In the petition, it was requested that protection should be provided to me and all the persons who were made parties to the petition should be summoned by the court.
Earlier, plaintiff Raffaat Ali filed a murder case against the minor driver, alleging that minor driver Afnan deliberately hit the vehicle with the intention of killing all the occupants of the vehicle. People had to die.
After receiving the request, the police started a side action.
It should be noted that 6 injured people died as a result of a collision between high-speed vehicles in Defense Phase 7 on Sunday night. The deceased were identified as 45-year-old Rukhsana, 4-year-old Annabiya, 4-month-old Huzaifa, 27-year-old Muhammad Hussain, 30-year-old Sajjad and 23-year-old Ayesha.
The people who died in the accident belonged to the family of Rafafat Ali.
