The Accountability Court of Lahore declared Monis Elahi as an accomplice in the case of corruption in development projects.
Accountability Court judge Naseem Ahmed Vark, while acting on NAB’s request, declared Mons Elahi as an admonisher on the issue of allegedly receiving kickbacks and corruption of more than one billion in the development projects of Gujarat.
The court directed the NAB investigation officer to submit a detailed report related to the movable and immovable property of Mons Elahi within 15 days.
The court started seizure of properties under Section 88 Cr.P.C.
NAB had filed an application related to declaring Chaudhry Monis Elahi as an advertiser.
