Lahore: 6 people died as a result of a collision between high-speed vehicles in Defense Phase 7.
According to Express News, 6 injured persons died as a result of a collision between high-speed vehicles in Defense Phase 7 area of Lahore, all the persons were immediately shifted to Avicenna Hospital for medical assistance, but they could not survive.
According to rescue officials, the deceased include 45-year-old Rukhsana, 4-year-old Annabiya, 4-month-old Huzaifa, 27-year-old Muhammad Hussain, 30-year-old Sajjad, 23-year-old Ayesha.
The accident happened due to driver’s high speed, negligence and zig zag. The driver was identified as Afnan Shafqat. The police took the driver into custody and registered a case. took The police shifted all the victims of the accident to Lahore General Hospital for post-mortem.
The police arrived at the accident site and removed the collision-affected vehicles from the main road.
The people who died in the accident belonged to the family of Rafafat Ali. The unfortunate family of the accident victims were traveling in two vehicles. Rafafat Ali along with his family was returning from his daughter’s in-laws DHA Phase 7.
The unfortunate family who were victims of the accident were residents of Shadab Colony, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. In the accident, Rafafat’s wife, Rukhsana, 45, son, Hasnain, 27, daughter-in-law, Ayesha, 23, grandson, Huzaifa, 4 months, son-in-law, Sajjad, 30, and grandson, 4. Anabaya is included.
