Rawalpindi: The bomb recovered from Adiala Jail Road was foiled by the police and bomb disposal squad.
According to the details, the police confirmed the presence of explosive material in the suspicious device and took the device to the field. A bomb disposal squad was called immediately.
The bomb was defused by Civil Defense and bomb disposal personnel dressed in bomb disposal protective kit.
According to Commander Bomb Disposal Squad, the device contained 1200 grams of explosives which were defused, the bomb was placed 100 meters away from Gate No. 5 of Adiala Jail.
The Bomb Disposal Squad said that the bomb was placed near Dhaka Suite Gorakhpur.
It should be noted that the Cipher case was heard in Adiala Jail, Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain reached Adiala Jail 1 hour and 40 minutes late.
