The leader of the gang was arrested in a raid
Lahore: A woman who smuggled women to Oman was arrested for sexually harassing women under the guise of employment.
In an operation, Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Lahore arrested a woman trafficker who made women dance in hotels and sexually harassed them under the guise of getting attractive jobs in beauty parlors abroad.
Under the direction of Director FIA Lahore Zone Sarfaraz Work, crackdown is on against human traffickers. Meanwhile, in a raid, the leader of the gang, who was involved in the heinous crime of human trafficking, was arrested.
The accused was arrested from Achhra area of Lahore. The lady used to send simple women to Oman by giving them jobs. The victims were tricked into beautician jobs, but were later made to dance abroad.
Several passports and travel documents were recovered from the arrested accused. The woman has been arrested and investigation has been started.
It should be noted that during this year, Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Lahore has arrested more than 267 human traffickers. The accused also include 6 Red Book most wanted human traffickers. The arrested accused were involved in serious crimes of visa fraud and human trafficking.
