Rawalpindi: A metro bus plying between the twin cities met with an accident due to the negligence of the driver.
The accident occurred due to the metro bus overtaking on a single track. A metro bus traveling from Rawalpindi to Islamabad collided with the boundary wall while overtaking, due to which the windows of the bus broke.
The bus accident happened near Faiz Ahmed Faiz station. It is reported that the driver did not stop the bus despite the accident, due to which the passengers suffered severe panic.
