The Chief Justice said that no income tax has been paid on gold worth one and a half crores, where does this gold come from? What is its legal status? The state supports corruption and smuggling, the real accused in this case should be the police, the policeman will ask for the gold only for his own benefit, the committee was formed by the arrested accused, the family members were investigated.
Expressing indignation at the non-standard investigation, the Supreme Court approved the bail of the accused arrested in the gold committee against a bond of two lakh rupees.
