Islamabad: Pashtun Protection Movement (PTM) leader Ali Wazir has been granted bail in the terrorism case.
The anti-terrorism court of Islamabad heard Ali Wazir’s pre-arrest bail application. ATC judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain granted the PDM leader’s bail against a bond of Rs 50,000.
The judge of the ATC court said in the judgment that the police could not provide any justification regarding the arrest of Ali Wazir, therefore the pre-arrest bail application is allowed.
Lawyer Attaullah Kundi had taken a stand in the anti-terrorism court that the investigating officer had no explanation for not arresting Ali Wazir for 3 years. When Ali Wazir was arrested, why was the investigation included in the case registered in Tarnool police station not conducted?
