Rawalpindi: The Lahore High Court has expressed its indignation by calling the cancellation of the seal and registry of Lal Haveli a violation of the court order.
The Lal Haveli sale and registry cancellation case was heard in Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench, in which the court expressed strong displeasure at the violation of the order not to pass any order and inquired that the High Court had ordered that any order If not passed, then why cancel the Lal Haveli sale and registry? Why not call the Chairman Waqf abandoned properties personally.

The court remarked that we have to make decisions according to law, otherwise we will be called kangaroo courts. We have to make decisions without fear. The sale and registry of Lal Haveli has been canceled due to violation of the order of the High Court.
Justice Jawad Hasan said that I am sending this case to Justice Mirza Waqqas Rauf who ordered not to pass any order. He will conduct the next hearing. The matter will remain the same till next Monday.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing till October 2, ordering the Waqf Abandoned Property Department to submit a reply to the notice.
