The implementation of the decision of the Supreme Court regarding the nullification of the NAB amendments has been completed. NAB returned 118 references to ten accountability courts of Lahore.
The Ramzan Sugar Mills reference against former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz was revived. The record of Ramadan Sugar Mills has been submitted to the accountability court.
The paragon reference record against former minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq and his brother Selman Rafiq was also submitted to the accountability court.
Reference for illegal contracts of mineral reserves in Chiniot against Speaker Punjab Assembly Sabtain Khan and others, reference for accountability of Punjab Youth Festival against former Vice Chancellor Dr. Mujahid Kamran and others for illegal recruitment in Punjab University and former DG Sports Usman Anwar. Submitted to the court.
