Canada: An interesting study on dreams has revealed that when we recall a dream, it affects our behavior and workplaces.

Considering the relationship between dreams and life can or will change the way we think, feel and behave in the office or factory. In a report published in the Academy of Management Journal, University of North Carolina college and business experts have presented their research in this regard.

According to the report, dreams give us an opportunity to think about ourselves. According to the report’s author, Kesher Belinda, dreaming about how you relate to your office colleagues in a positive way can help reduce work stress and increase performance.

According to Prof. Kesher, dreams expand our thinking, just as when we are delighted and surprised to see colorful lights in the sky or the Northern Lights, our wonder increases, dreams heighten our emotions. Then it also increases feelings of gratitude.

The study included 5,000 dreams that full-time employees had in the morning. Then follow-up was done for two weeks. It was found that people who were able to dream and connect them to their daily life also lost the effects of insufficient sleep afterwards. Similarly, the effects of dreams were also seen on office affairs.

This is because dreams tell us that the limitations and challenges of daily life are very minor and thus they are not affected or exhausted by the stress or overwork during work hours.

In research, experts have said that recording your dreams can also have additional benefits.
