Karachi: The PIA employees announced the end of the 26-day-long protest and sit-in.
According to the central president of People’s Unity of PIA, Hudayatullah Khan, the movement to increase the salary of the employees came to fruition because after the official letter from the PIA administration, a 20% increase in the salary of group 1 to 4 was approved and in this regard, M. OU is also signed.
Chairman PIA Board Aslam Arkhan, Secretary Aviation Saif Anjum, PIA CEO Aamir Hayat, Board Member Khalid, Athar Hussain, Director Vigilance in the meeting of the negotiation committee between PIA administration and CBA. and Security Khuram Mushtaq while Hidayatullah Khan, Islamabad President Ramzan Laghari and Islamabad General Secretary Sohail Mukhtar were present on behalf of People’s Unity CBA.
PIA employees ended the 26-day long protest across Pakistan.
