Pakistan women team won T20 series against South Africa

Karachi: Pakistan won the T20 Women’s International series against South Africa.

According to Express News, the national women’s team won the series with a lead of 0-2 against the South African women’s cricket team, who are visiting Pakistan for the first time. The third and final match of the series will be played on Monday.

The South African team set a target of 151 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in the allotted 20 overs on the invitation to play first in the match played under floodlights at the National Stadium Karachi.

Tezman Britts scored 46, captain Laura 41 and Clark scored 21 runs, Kip added 26 runs, Sidra Iqbal and Nashrah Sindhu got one wicket each. Got the wickets in 19.1 overs and won the series.

Sidra Amin scored 61 runs from 44 balls with the help of 6 fours and a six while batting well in the second match, Bisma Maruf scored 27 runs, Shawwal Zulfiqar scored 4 runs.

Alia Riaz remained unbeaten with 31 runs off 18 balls with 2 fours and as many sixes while Muniba Ali scored an unbeaten 26 off 15 balls which included two fours and a six, Malaba two and Dilmi Tucker. Took a wicket.
