Karachi: The Lahore High Court has scheduled for hearing petitions against the cancellation of interim bails of Chairman PTI in 7 cases including the Jinnah House attack case.
A bench consisting of Justice Alia Neelum and Justice Asjad Javed Gharal will hear the petitions on September 4 in the Lahore High Court.
In the petition, the Superintendent of Attock Jail and others were made parties. Chairman PTI has challenged the bails through the mediation of Barrister Salman Safdar Advocate.
It has been argued that the petitioner is being subjected to political vendetta, the petitioner was convicted on August 5 against the facts in the Tosha Khana case and the police arrested the petitioner immediately after the conviction.

The plea contends that the courts should order the bails to be heard on merits, as the terrorism court had rejected the PTI chairman’s bails in the May 9 cases.
