Rawalpindi: The culprit of uploading indecent videos and pictures of the student on social media was sentenced to imprisonment and fined.
In front of Additional District and Sessions Judge Ahsan Mahmood Malik, the case of sharing indecent videos and photos of the student on social networking websites was heard, in which after the accused Aamir Abbas was found guilty, the court sentenced him to 4 years in prison and Rs. 20 lakh. Sentenced to fine.
It should be noted that the FIA cyber crime wing had registered a case on the request of the student. The accused harassed and blackmailed the student. According to the court decision, the culprit will also have to pay Rs 2 lakh as compensation.
