Singhar, an alleged member of the Balochistan Liberation Front, has been added to the Red Book for being active in the emerging criminal activities in Karachi’s ancient Lyari area.

According to security sources, the son of Lyari’s well-known footballer Abdul Rasheed Zakri, Ali Hassan alias Singhar was a victim of nationalism, Ali Hassan alias Singhar is accused of playing a very active role in extremist activities and terrorism.

The name, photo and other details of Ali Hassan alias Singhar have been published on page 113 in the new edition of the Red Book of Sindh Police’s Counter-Terrorism Department.

According to CTD details, Singhar is running his group from Afghanistan and Iran to carry out terrorist activities in Karachi.

The details of the incidents or the cases were not included in the Red Book, but it has been stated that the accused is wanted in several acts of terrorism in Karachi and Balochistan.

According to security sources, the accused is in Iran these days, but the boys of his gang have been found involved in extortion and other crimes in Lyari.
