21 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will hold by-elections today on several vacant seats of 65 village and neighborhood councils.
According to reports, the 21 districts in which by-elections will be held include Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Khyber, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, Lucky Marwat, DI Khan, Tank, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Bitgram, Torghar, Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Upper Dir, Lower Dir and Bajaur are included.
According to the Election Commission, 385 thousand 835 voters will exercise their right to vote.
Out of 256 polling stations for the elections, 159 have been declared as most sensitive and 84 as sensitive.
