Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Legal Affairs Naeem Panjutha has said that the Tosha Khana case is being deliberately hung, a decision should be given immediately.
In a statement, Naeem Panjotha said that law and justice are being killed in Toshakhana case, the constitution has been suspended.
Naeem Panjotha says that there is no mention of issuing a notice in Section 426 on the request for suspension of sentence in the Toshakhana case, why did the Islamabad High Court issue a notice again?
He said that even if the notice was given, why did they issue a long notice again for calling for records?
He says that why did the High Court give 2 days more time despite the hearing being fixed?
