Judge Humayun Dilawar approached the Islamabad High Court against the PTI lawyers.

Judge Humayun Dilawar also wrote to the FIA for investigation after showing the Facebook posts attributed to him in the court room.
Judge Humayun Dilawar said during the hearing that documents of Facebook posts were waved in front of everyone.
He says that no one can be a judge for anyone, I also want justice.
Summary of today’s hearing
Upon the arrival of Chairman PTI in the courtroom, the hearing of the Tosha Khana case started in the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad Judge Humayun Dilawar.
Chairman PTI’s lawyer Intizar Panjotha appeared in the court and requested the court to schedule the case for early hearing on behalf of Chairman PTI.
The court fixed the hearing at 12 o’clock.
Chairman PTI and Ata Tarar appear in court
Ataullah Tarar, Chairman PTI and Special Assistant to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appeared in the court when the hearing resumed.
Chairman PTI has appeared for the first time in the hearing of the Tosha Khana case.
On this occasion, a heavy contingent of FC and security personnel was present outside the court room, journalists were prevented from entering the court.
Slogan raising against Ata Tarar
PTI lawyers raised slogans against Ata Tarar in the court.
Judge Humayun Dilawar ordered PTI chairman to appear today, after which he was allowed to leave the court and PTI chairman left the court.
On this occasion, Election Commission lawyers Amjad Parvez and Saad Hasan, Chairman PTI’s lawyer Khawaja Haris appeared in the court.
Apology for PTI legal team’s slogans
The legal team of PTI apologized for the slogans in the court room and showed Ata Tarar’s video message in the court.
Judge Humayun Dilawar said that I have written to the FIA regarding the Facebook posts, I have written to the Islamabad High Court that I also want justice, the documents of the Facebook posts were waved in front of everyone, no one can be a judge for anyone, I also want justice.
During the hearing, Chairman PTI’s lawyer Khawaja Haris told Judge Humayun Dilawar that I told you in the previous hearing that the cross-examination cannot be completed, I will complete the cross-examination at the next hearing.
Khawaja Haris’s objection to the decision of the previous hearing
Lawyer Khawaja Haris objected to the decision of the previous hearing and said that from the order of the previous hearing it seems as if I had deliberately left the court.
Judge Humayun Dilawar directed lawyer Khawaja Haris to read the previous hearing order.
Lawyer Khawaja Haris said that what you have written in the order, nothing like that had happened, I had already said that I cannot come after Friday prayers, you asked to come at 2 o’clock but I was not available as I had told.
Judge Humayun Dilawar said that his request of not being available after Friday prayers was verbal.
Lawyer Khawaja Haris said that we could have told you verbally at that time, the impression should not be given that I was saying to postpone the hearing until Monday, I am going, which hearing was I conducting on my own account? The hearing of the Tosha Khana case is going on on a daily basis, which delaying tactics were used during the trial? It is our right to file a petition in the High Judiciary and the Sessions Court, the petitions filed by us should not be considered as a delaying tactic, you have the power, pass whatever order you want but must bring our point on record, which hearing was stopped due to the absence of Chairman PTI?
