Rawalpindi: National University of Technology Pakistan has been included in the top 100 universities of World Top Universities Ranking 2023.
Speaking to the media at the Rawalpindi Newtech University Auditorium, Rector Lieutenant General Retired Moazzam Ijaz said that Newtech has been included in the top 100 universities of the World Top Universities Ranking 2023.
He said that among the 1000 universities of the BS University Ranking, Newtech has been taken as a model, USAID programs are running in 16 universities, one of which is Newtech.
He further said that there are 1000 students under education in Newtech University, every student is being provided equal opportunities, for the first time in Pakistan, Newtech University has prepared a 4-year course on industry feedback.
Lieutenant General Retired Moazzam Ijaz further said that the trial of ventilators, dialysis machines developed by Neotech University is going on and they will be available in the market very soon.
He said that 249 universities of Pakistan participated in the engineering competition in which Newtech won the first two positions.
Rector added that the faculty of Neotech University conducts app-grade courses from USA, Germany, China and other countries.
He said that Pakistani children should not go abroad for quality education, but come to Newtech University, deserving and qualified students can get 7 semesters of free education.
