Oxfordshire: English singer-songwriter Brochard, who married a ghost in November 2022, is now divorcing him.
According to media reports, the singer, explaining the reason for the divorce, said that the ghost was becoming more and more possessive after marriage and would suddenly go from being warm and gentle to threatening and dangerous.
The singer claims that the ghost is actually the ghost of a Victorian soldier named Edward. whom she first met when he entered her bedroom one dark and stormy night and professed her love.
However, Brocard said that soon after the wedding, her husband’s unacceptable behavior began to anger her. She was also worried about her husband’s intense love affair with the late actress Marilyn Monroe. He said that Edward’s relationship with Marilyn Monroe started when he saw the spirit of the actress at his wedding. After some time, her husband started to disappear for a long time and when he came back, he smelled Chanel No. 5 perfume, which was Marilyn Monroe’s favorite perfume.
The singer said that she then started setting boundaries for her husband, on which he would get angry and start harassing her with the sound of a child screaming in the house.
Brocard said that she eventually returned to the same chapel where they were married and performed an exorcism on her husband there. The singer also announced her separation from her husband in her new song ‘Just Other Anthem’.
