Former President Asif Zardari and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
According to the sources, in the meeting held in Islamabad, the issues of the upcoming general elections, the dissolution of the National Assembly and the supervisory setup were discussed.
Sources said that the important meeting of PDM and PPP leadership is likely to be called on Thursday.
According to the announcement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif welcomed the two leaders.
The statement further stated that a detailed consultation was held on the political situation in the meeting.
Federal Ministers Ishaq Dar and Ayaz Sadiq were also present on this occasion.
