The delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan has scheduled a meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif today.
According to sources, the meeting will be held at 12 noon in Islamabad in which Sindh Governor Kamran Tesuri, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Mustafa Kamal and Farooq Sattar will participate.
Earlier, a consultative meeting of MQM Pakistan was held in Islamabad on Tuesday night in which caretaker governments, upcoming elections and census were discussed.
According to the sources, the names of caretaker chief minister for Sindh were also considered in the meeting and it was decided to suggest the name of former commissioner Karachi Shoaib Siddiqui for the chief minister.
