The Islamabad High Court, while hearing the petition against the decision to declare the Tosha Khana case admissible, directed the Chairman PTI to remove the objections of the Registrar’s Office.

During the hearing, Chairman PTI’s lawyer Khawaja Haris and Barrister Gohar appeared in the court.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq said in his remarks that times have changed, values have changed, but we have old values, you objected, it is your right, can you object in everything? The stakes are probably higher in such cases, there are political issues.
Lawyer Khawaja Haris said that the case is scheduled for hearing in the trial court today, this case should not go before the same judge.
Khawaja Haris requested to hear this case today if allowed.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq said that the case will be taken up tomorrow if not today.
Lawyer Khawaja Haris said that our case transfer request is also pending in this court.
The court directed PTI chairman to remove the objections of the registrar’s office.
The trial court ruled that the case was admissible
It should be noted that on July 8, the trial court had decided that the Tosha Khana case was admissible.

In the petition of Chairman PTI, it has been requested to declare the decision of the trial court null and void.
Chairman PTI has also requested for an injunction on the trial of the case.
