After the bail application was dismissed, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) former MPA Malik Wajid and Arbab Waseem Hayat were arrested from the court premises.
Judge Amir Nazir heard the bail application of former members of the Assembly Arbab Wasim Hayat and Malik Wajid in the anti-terrorism court of Peshawar.
The former MPs appeared in court today for pre-arrest bail.
Anti-terrorism court of Peshawar rejected the pre-arrest bail application of Arbab Wasim Hayat and Malik Wajid, after which the police arrested both of them from the court premises.
It should be noted that a case has been registered against Arbab Waseem Hayat and Malik Wajid in Khan Raziq police station.
