Karachi: Judicial Magistrate Sharqi ordered the release of 34 accused who were holding a rally for MQM London on a bail bond of 5 thousand.
The police produced 34 accused who took out the MQM London rally in front of the court of Judicial Magistrate East in Karachi City Court.
The lawyer of the accused stated that the arrested persons were participating in the rally and no motorcycle etc. was recovered from them.
The court ordered the release of all the accused on a bond of Rs.5,5000. According to the police, a case was registered against the accused in Zaman Town police station.
The accused had taken out a rally for MQM London in Korangi, the accused are facing other charges including rioting and sedition.
