In Peshawar, PTI’s former provincial legal advisor Arif Yusuf escaped arrest, police were unaware of the PTI leader’s bail plea.
The Anti-Terrorism Court rejected the bail application of Arif Yousuf, despite the rejection of the bail, the police could not take the former legal advisor into custody.
According to the police officials, there was no information about Arif Yusuf being released from bail.
Talking to Geo News, former legal adviser Arif Yusuf said that an application has been filed in the Peshawar High Court for anticipatory bail (BBA).
He said that after submitting the BBA, the police were not there when he came out of the court.
It should be noted that a case of vandalism on May 9 and 10 has been registered in Arif Yusuf Parthana Khan Raziq.
The police have not yet arrested many leaders including former ministers Taimur Saleem Jhagra, Kamran Bangash.
