Islamabad: Chairman PTI approached the Islamabad High Court to transfer the bail applications to other courts in the 6 cases of May 9 incidents and other cases of terrorism and forgery.
Chairman PTI filed six different petitions in the Islamabad High Court while Bushra Bibi also filed a petition to transfer the case to another court.
It has been stated in the petition that the trial court has already decided in the same FIR and expressed its mind, the trial court also rejected the request for transfer of the case, it is requested that in the light of the judgments of the higher judiciary, the case should be transferred to another one. The judge should be transferred.
It should be noted that Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas is hearing the cases of Supra Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi. The session court will hear the bail pleas of Chairman PTI on July 10.
