The hearing of the Tosha Khana case against Chairman PTI will be held again today in Sessions Court Islamabad.
Yesterday, in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case, the Sessions Court of Islamabad accepted the request for exemption from the presence of Chairman PTI and summoned him today in personal capacity.
It should be noted that the Tosha Khana case was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar.
Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar issued a summary judgment for the hearing.
In the brief decision of the Sessions Court, it was said that Sher Afzal Marwat has asked to fix the hearing at 11:30.
Sher Afzal Marwat said at 11:30 that Khawaja Haris will appear in court.
In the short judgment, it was said that the Election Commission’s counsel and advocate Gohar Ali Khan appeared in the court after some time.
Lawyer Gauhar Ali Khan said that Khawaja Haris is not available in Lahore due to personal engagements.
