Lahore: A couple and a child died when the roof collapsed due to rain in Railway Colony.
According to Express News, a railway employee and a child died on the spot when the roof collapsed due to rain in Railway Faiz Bagh Colony. The wife was shifted to the hospital but she too could not survive. Railway officials reached the accident site.
The funeral prayer of the deceased was offered at Jamia Naimiya in which a large number of railway officers and employees including DS Railway Muhammad Sufian Sarfraz Dogar participated and prayed for the forgiveness and elevation of the deceased.
DS Railway expressed its heartfelt sorrow and regret over the accident and said that may Allah give patience to the family of the deceased in this difficult time, DS Railway Lahore added that they will provide all possible support to the children of the deceased.
