Islamabad: The Supreme Court Bar Association announced a nationwide strike on Friday over the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden.
According to the announcement issued by the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Supreme Bar Association will hold a nationwide strike on Friday, during which the court proceedings will be boycotted.
The Supreme Court Bar said in a statement that it strongly condemns the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden.
According to the association, on Friday at 11 am at the main gate of the Supreme Court, recitation of the Holy Quran will be done by the bar members.

It should be noted that the federal government has strongly condemned the incident that happened in Sweden and has announced the celebration of Holy Qur’an Day on July 7 across the country. Under which rallies will be held across the country.
Apart from this, on the direction of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, there will be a joint session of Parliament, in which the Sweden incident will be strongly condemned and protest will be made in the form of the House.
