Protests are ongoing across the country over the killing of a young man by the police in France.
According to the news agency from Paris, the French Minister of the Interior, Gerald Darminen, said that 40,000 police officers will be deployed in the country due to the protests.
He further said that 9,000 policemen were deployed in Paris last day. Gerald Darminen said that an additional 5,000 police officers will be deployed in Paris today.
It should be noted that the mother of the deceased youth has called for a march today to pay tribute to her son.
According to the news agency, 150 people have been arrested so far in the action against the protesters. The police officer who fired at the youth was also detained and the investigation started.
A day ago, the police killed the young man by shooting him in the chest for not stopping the car.
