Hundreds of affected civil servants were reinstated and regularized

Islamabad: The special committee of the National Assembly for affected government employees restored and regularized hundreds of employees, the committee held 57 meetings.

According to the report, NADRA reinstated 37 dismissed employees, Pakistan Tobacco Board made 6 non-permanent employees permanent, AGPR regularized 18 employees, National Bank made 558 employees permanent, Radio Pakistan made 1020 employees. Employees reinstated with full benefits.

Contracts of 8 doctors of Ministry of Health increased, FBR reinstated 11 employees, TDCP made 6 employees permanent, National Highway (NHA) made 2100 non-permanent employees permanent including 51 employees have been regularized under the Prime Minister’s package.

1084 contract and daily wages employees were made permanent, 212 seconded employees were restored and regularized, 744 contract employees were regularized, 21 employees of Motorway Police were regularized, 51 employees of Old Age Benefit were made permanent. Water Resources 43 second employees have been reinstated, 17 employees of Tarbila Power Station have been reinstated and are in the process of regularization, Pakistan Television has regularized 852 employees.
