Senior lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan expressed his wishes after the Supreme Court of Pakistan bench hearing the case against the trial of civilians in military courts broke up.

Aitzaz Ahsan has demanded that the Supreme Court should disqualify those who slander the court instead of accepting the decision of the election.

He further demanded that fines of Rs 5.5 crore should be imposed on all.

Aitzaz Ahsan also says that all those who make statements against the decision should be punished for contempt of court.

It should be noted that the bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan hearing the case against the trial of civilians in military courts broke up when Justice Mansoor Ali Shah recused himself from the bench over the government’s objection.
