The Pirabad police have registered a case of robbery in the house of a property dealer residing in Awan Ittehad Kasbah Colony of Pirabad area.
The plaintiff Sue Gul Dost, who works in the property, has stated to the police that between Tuesday and Wednesday around 4 am he was sleeping in the house when he heard someone jumping and saw a person running down the stairs. jumped into the house and opened the main gate and more persons entered the house including 2 in police uniform and 5 in plain clothes.
As soon as he came, he drew his weapon on me and said that we are policemen, we have to search the house and during the search of the house, my money was Rs. 22 lakh in cash, 2 checks worth Rs. 5 lakh and Rs. , my licensed 30 bore pistol with loaded magazine and 5 bullets, 2 tola gold set and my original identity card were snatched away at gunpoint.
According to the plaintiff, when he came out of the house after a few minutes, there was no one there. In the light of the statement of the plaintiff, the police registered a case number 394 of 2023 under Section 395 of the IPC and handed it over to the investigation police.
It should be noted that this month, on June 6, a clothes trader in Mominabad area of District West and on June 8 in a bungalow in Gulshan Mimar were also looted by the police and people in plain clothes under the pretext of search.
