The Election Commission of Pakistan has decided to indict Chairman PTI, Fawad Chaudhry and Asad Umar in the case of insulting the Election Commission and the Chief Election Commissioner.
Faisal Chaudhry, the lawyer of the accused, was silent in the hearing held at the Election Commission.
He said in arguments that I have appeared on behalf of all the parties, the previous order was not received.
Member Election Commission Nisar Durrani replied that the respondent did not come even today, now they will frame the charge, the respondent should appear in person.
The Election Commission of Pakistan adjourned the hearing of the case till July 11.
