US Secretary of State Anthony Blanken arrived in Beijing on a 2-day visit to China.
According to American media, the purpose of Antony Blanken’s visit is to restore US-China relations.
During his visit, the US Secretary of State will meet with his Chinese counterpart Chen Gang, top diplomats, and possibly President Xi Jinping.
According to the American media, these meetings have the potential to resolve the disputes between the world’s two largest economies.
It should be noted that this is the first visit of any US Secretary of State to China since 2018.
In February this year, Antony Blanken postponed his visit to China due to the flying of suspected Chinese balloons in US airspace.
