According to the spokesperson of the Islamic Ideological Council, a woman who does not fear any disturbance or danger during the journey and during the Hajj can go for the Muharram Hajj.
The spokesman of the Islamic Ideological Council has further said that the Ministry of Religious Affairs should investigate the group with which such a woman goes on Hajj.
The Islamic Ideology Council has also expressed its opinion that a woman should be allowed to go on Hajj without Muharram only after the group members are satisfied.
